Optimum management of energy parks – efficiently. Safe. Sustainable.
The change in the energy landscape presents operators of complex energy systems and parks with new challenges: fluctuating feed-in, increasing requirements for security of supply, growing cost pressure – and at the same time the desire for greater sustainability.
The aim of modern energy park management is to make the operation of your systems technically and economically stable, efficient and environmentally friendly. This means: security of supply through optimal utilization of available resources and smart operational management with automated processes – and last but not least, the reduction of emissions and operating costs.
As the CONENGA Group, we support energy suppliers and operators in achieving these goals – with sound engineering expertise, tried-and-tested methods and powerful digitalization solutions.
In our webinar on September 24, 2025, we will show you how to exploit the full potential of your systems with smart tools and well thought-out strategies.

Skills transfer & training
We consider the provision of sound expertise, knowledge transfer, and training to be essential components of your success in our consulting, engineering, and optimization work. We impart expertise in all subject areas and fields of expertise covered by the CONENGA Group in formats and settings tailored to your specific needs.
In the case of organizational changes, for example, we design new roles and processes together with those involved, conduct face-to-face training on attitudes, methods and tools, and support your employees with short one to two-hour remote impulses – depending on requirements and benefits.
When commissioning new controls as part of optimization measures, we work shoulder to shoulder with the operating personnel to transfer know-how, supplement this knowledge transfer with training courses and provide documents, manuals and guidelines. We support the subsequent initial operating phase very closely via remote maintenance access, discuss the status remotely and ensure the transfer of knowledge here too.
In cross-topic and openly accessible webinars, we teach both basic and very specific skills. The focus is always on the benefits and effectiveness of the skills transfer for you. The different formats and settings provide optimal methodological and didactic support.
